Vol. 402 No. 5

Written Answers. - County Kerry Property.

John O'Leary

Question:

93 Mr. O'Leary asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food the reason for the considerable delay in sending the relevant information from the Land Commission to the Land Registry Office in respect of a property (details supplied) in County Kerry; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

Due to the transfer of the relevant section of the Department to Cavan earlier this year the land vesting programme has been interrupted over the past few months.

The section is now operational but in view of the large number of allotments awaiting vesting it may be some time before this case is reached. Every effort will be made however to expedite it.
