Vol. 402 No. 9

Order of Business (Resumed).

(Carlow-Kilkenny): Arising out of the reply the Minister for the Environment gave yesterday to a question I had down with regard to people who have been left off the register even though they may have been on it for 40 to 50 years, may I ask him when the Electoral Bill, which he has promised to introduce, will come into force and, above all, if he will make sure——

Deputy Browne, a question would be more appropriate on this matter.

(Carlow-Kilkenny): Given that perestroika has been replaced by “Brutonoika” and we may have an election very quickly, we want to have this register——

I am calling item No. 13, that is, the Companies (No. 2) Bill, 1987.
