Mitchell asked the Minister for Communications if he proposes to introduce any further changes to free post regulations in respect of Dáil elections, European Parliament elections or Presidential elections; if, in particular, he will allow election addresses to be addressed to the family jointly rather than one to each registered elector in a household separately; and the estimated saving to the Exchequer of such a change.
