Vol. 403 No. 4

Written Answers. - Grant Payment.

John V. Farrelly

Question:

140 Mr. Farrelly asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food the reason a beef cow grant has not been paid to a person (details supplied) in County Meath; and when payments will be made.

This applicant is not eligible for grants under the beef cow and equines headage scheme as his lands are not situated in a less severely handicapped area.

Payments to him under the 1990 suckler cow and special beef premium schemes have been processed and will issue shortly.
