90 Mr. Noonan (Limerick East) asked the Minister for Finance the estimated 1991 yield from the following excise increases: (a) 1p on a gallon of petrol, (b) 1p on a pint of beer, (c) 1p on a glass of spirits, (d) 1p on 20 cigarettes.
