Question:73 Mr. Flanagan asked the Minister for the Environment if he will make immediate payment of a house improvment grant to a person (details supplied) in County Laois.
The grant due has been paid. Certain other works which the applicant has indicated were undertaken by himself and his family are not eligible for a grant.
