70 Mr. Spring asked the Minister for Industry and Commerce (a) the funds, (b) the resources and (c) the ideas or other supports he plans to contribute towards the efforts of Dublin as the European Community's cultural capital for 1991; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

Responsibility for Dublin as the cultural capital of the European Community does not rest with my Department and consequently no funds or resources have been made available for this event by me.
