112 Mr. S. Barrett asked the Minister for Industry and Commerce the reason he has not complied with section 6 of the Industrial Development Act, 1986 by failing to publish the triennial review of industrial performance; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

I have arranged for the publication today of the second triennial review of industrial performance. Because of the pressure of other commitments it did not prove possible to publish the review earlier.
