154 Mrs. Fennell asked the Minister for the Marine if he will outline the expenditure in 1990 in his Department on advertising and public relations including bulletins, newsletters, public information and leaflets; and the amount which was paid to external and non-public service consultants.

The expenditure on advertising and public relations by my Department in 1990 amounted to £83,041.39 categorised as follows: Advertising, £43,169.00; Bulletins, £1,303.12; Newsletters, £8,239.91; Public information and leaflets, £13,808.59; External Public Relations Consultants, £16,520.77.
