67 Mr. Rabbitte asked the Minister for Education if she will outline her intentions regarding the immediate establishment of an advisory committee on teacher in-service training as recommended in the report of the Primary Education Review Body.
I have already asked the National Council for Curriculum and Assessment, to undertake a consultancy study on the future in-service training needs at both primary and post-primary levels. I will review the recommendation in the Primary Education Review Body report in the light of this study.
