The Committee of Selection reports that it has discharged Deputies Chris Flood and Charlie McCreevy from the Committee of Public Accounts and has appointed Deputies Noel Dempsey and P. J. Morley in substitution for them and that it has discharged Deputies John Bruton and Jim Higgins from the Committee on Procedure and Privileges and has appointed Deputies Joe Doyle and Charles Flanagan in substitution for them.
