253 Mr. Carey asked the Minister for the Environment if he has received an application for a grant from a person (details supplied) in County Clare; and if there are any difficulties preventing payment of the appropriate grants.

Grant approval in this case is delayed pending proposals to improve the quality of the intended water supply.
