Question:77 Mr. Yates asked the Minister for the Marine if he has any comparative figures on the cost of port charges between (1) Larne, County Antrim, (2) Dublin, (3) Dún Laoghaire, County Dublin and (4) Rosslare, County Wexford.

The latest available comparative figures for the ports mentioned by the Deputy are contained in the report by the Sectoral Development Committee: Report and Recommendations on Port Costs (SDC Report No. 13) published in January 1990, and are set out in the following table:
