Question:73 Mr. Creed asked the Minister for Finance when a VAT rebate will be made to a person (details supplied) in County Cork.

I am informed by the Revenue Commissioners that a claim from the person in question was received on 8 December, 1989 without an application form. A form was sent to him on that date for completion. There is no record of any further correspondence in the matter.
