The Committee of Selection report that they have nominated the following Members to serve on the Special Committee on the Recognition of Foreign Adoptions Bill, 1990: Therese Ahearn, Dermot Ahern, Richard Bruton, Bill Cotter, Mary Theresa Coughlan, Thomas W. Enright, Michael Ferris, Dermot Fitzpatrick, Joe Jacob, Pat McCartan, Jim McDaid, John O'Donoghue, Rory O'Hanlon, Minister for Health, Mairín Quill and Alan Shatter; and that they have discharged Deputy Donal Carey from the Committee on Procedure and Privileges and appointed Deputy Bernard Durkan in substitution for him.
