I move:
That Dáil Éireann approves the terms of the Convention between the Commission of the European Communities and the Government of Ireland to define the terms and conditions for the granting of aid provided for in Article 56 (2) (b) of the ECSC Treaty — Steel Industry, copies of which were laid before Dáil Éireann on 31st July, 1990.
