220 Mr. Rabbitte asked the Minister for the Environment when his Department expects to sanction the tender for the construction of ten houses at Pinetree Grove, Tallaght, Dublin 24; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

The result of the second tender competition for this scheme has recently been submitted to my Department by Dublin County Council and a decision thereon will issue as soon as possible.
