263 Mr. Gregory asked the Minister for Education if she has received representations from disabled students requesting assistance for the provision of a hostel for disabled students attending colleges in Dublin; her response to this request; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
There is no record of any such representation having been received in my Department.
I should point out that any arrangement for the provision of hostel accommodation is a matter for the individual college authorities. Such an arrangement has been implemented or is in the process of being implemented in a number of instances.
