Question:156 Mr. G. Mitchell asked the Minister for Social Welfare if he will list the (a) commercial, (b) non-commercial bodies and (c) the non-directly elected local or regional authorities under the aegis of his Department.

There are two non-commercial bodies under the aegis of my Department — the Combat Poverty Agency and the National Pensions Board. My Department do not have responsibility for any commercial or non-directly elected or regional bodies.
