I move: "That leave be granted to introduce a Bill entitled an Act to amend and extend the provisions of the Vocational Education Act, 1930, and to make further provision in connection with the matters aforesaid."
The purpose of the Bill is to grant membership of vocational educational committees to two parents and to two teachers.
