Question:134 Mr. Finucane asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food the number of appeals which were made to his Department from the period between 1 September 1990 and 31 December 1990 requesting regrading of animals supplied to the marts; the number of appeals which were successful and regrading agreed to; and the number of farmers who were paid the increased amount as a result of the success of the appeal.
