Question:105 Mr. Kenny asked the Minister for Education if she will make arrangements to re-imburse a person (details supplied) in County Mayo in respect of course refunds.

The question of the appropriateness of recoupment of fees in the case in question is being considered by my Department at present.
My Department will be in touch with the school authorities on this matter as soon as possible.
