Vol. 407 No. 6

Written Answers. - Income Tax Rebate.

Liam Aylward

Question:

83 Mr. Aylward asked the Minister for Finance if he will arrange to have an income tax rebate made to a person (details supplied) in Waterford; and the reason her claim has not been processed.

I have been advised by the Revenue Commissioners that the taxpayer lodged her forms P60 for 1989/90 and 1990/91, on 19 March and 8 April 1991, respectively. Her claim was processed on 24 April 1991, and repayments of tax in the amounts of £51.48 and £53.21, in respect of 1989/90 and 1990/91, respectively, will issue in the next week.
