Question:49 Mr. Bell asked the Minister for Finance when a form C2 will issue to a person (details supplied) in County Louth.
Written Answers. - Issuing of Tax Form.
I have been advised by the Revenue Commissioners that the inspector of taxes sent a comprehensive letter to the taxpayer's agent on 13 March 1991, setting out various requirements which would have to be met before the issue of a certificate would be considered.
The final reply from the agent was not received until 29 April 1991 and is now under consideration. The inspector of taxes will be replying to the agent shortly advising him of the situation.
