115 Mr. Yates asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when a transfer of a milk quota to another co-operative in Munster will be granted to a person (details supplied) in County Wexford; and if he will expedite this transfer.
My Department are currently investigating this case to ascertain whether the appropriate part of the land is being transferred with the quota. This investigation is expected to be completed shortly and the Department's decision in the matter will then be notified to the co-operative of the person indicated.
