Vol. 408 No. 4

Written Answers. - Land Purchase Annuity.

Paul Bradford

Question:

70 Mr. Bradford asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if he will give consideration to a request from a person (details supplied) in County Cork for a reduced settlement of his land purchase annuity.

A Land Commission inspector will call on the person named in the near future to assess his situation vis-à-vis his land annuity. My Department will then consider whether any reduction in payment is possible.
