Question:67 Mr. J. Fahey asked the Minister for the Environment if his Department will be recruiting extra driver testers for the Clonmel-Dungarvan areas.
Written Answers. - Recruitment of Driver Testers.
The Clonmel and Dungarvan test centres are administered as part of the south east region where the number of driver testers was increased in 1990 from three to nine. I am satisfied that this increased number is adequate to cater for the demand for tests in the region.
