Question:127 Mr. G. Brady asked the Minister for Health if a person (details supplied) qualifies for financial assistance from the national lottery; and if so, when it will be paid.

The person referred to by the Deputy is engaged in a commercial enterprise. While I sympathise at the recent misfortune suffered by the individual concerned it would be totally inappropriate for me to make lottery assistance available in this case.
