Vol. 409 No. 9

Written Answers. - County Louth Driving Test Waiting List.

Michael Bell

Question:

103 Mr. Bell asked the Minister for the Environment if he will outline (1) the number on the waiting list for driving tests in County Louth and (2) the length of the waiting period.

There are currently 1,328 applicants for tests at the Dundalk centre, which represent a waiting period of approximately 24 weeks; 402 of these applicants have already been given appointments for tests in the next four/five weeks and a further 293 have either cancelled a previous appointment or have indicated that they do not wish to be given an early appointment.
