Question:32 Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for Finance when a C2 certificate will issue in the case of a person (details supplied) in County Kildare; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

I have been advised by the Revenue Commissioners that an application for a subcontractor's certificate of authorisation, form C2, was received from the taxpayer on 21 May 1991. On 6 June 1991, the inspector of taxes wrote to the taxpayer's agent requesting further information.
On receipt of a reply to that letter, the matter will be considered further.
