98 Mr. Deasy asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if he has satisfied himself with the manner in which the milk quota belonging to University College, Cork was distributed; if this complied with EC regulations; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

I am satisfied that the distribution of this quota has been carried out in accordance with the Community and national regulations on the quota system.
