Vol. 410 No. 7

Written Answers. - Baldoyle (Dublin) Flooding.

Michael Joe Cosgrave

Question:

112 Mr. Cosgrave asked the Minister for the Environment if, following the recent severe flooding on Grange Road, Baldoyle, Dublin 13, which caused damage to households and disruption to traffic following recent heavy rains, he has sanctioned the Baldoyle flood relief scheme; the amount of moneys provided by his Department to alleviate flooding in the area; if tenders have been received and a contractor appointed; when works will commence on this scheme, and if he will make a statement on the matter.

The position on this scheme is as stated in the reply to Question No. 58 of 19 June 1991.
