238 Mr. Deasy asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if payment of an installation aid grant will be made to a person (details supplied) in County Waterford in view of the fact that the applicant has fulfilled all the conditions of the scheme.

I am advised by Teagasc that the applicant in this case does not satisfy the conditions of the scheme.

Consequently he does not qualify for installation aid.
