Question:

78 Mr. O'Leary asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when the Land Commission will be in a position to lodge documents in the Land Registry with a view to having a person (details supplied) in County Kerry registered on a commonage which was divided; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

This case has now been vested and the necessary documents have been lodged in the Land Registry. The delay was caused by the temporary dislocation of the work that followed the transfer of the relevant section of the Department to Cavan last year.
