I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given to me under Standing Order 20 (3) (a) and the name and Member in each case:(1) Deputy Bill Cotter — The continuing closure of Border roads, the inconvenience to people living in Border areas and the prevention of inter-community concourse; (2) Deputy Pádraic McCormack — The re-opening of Dominick Street post office, Galway; (3) Deputy Jim Higgins — The need for the Minister for Tourism, Transport and Communications to give an assurance that the 20 per cent current affairs/public information content requirement for local radio stations under the existing Broadcasting Act is not reduced in forthcoming broadcasting regulation changes; (4) Deputy Brendan Howlin — The subject matter of Question No. 152 of 30 October 1991, to the Minister for Justice in relation to a former Garda house in Taghmon, County Wexford; (5) Deputy Pat McCartan — The case of a Liberian national in prison custody here since 25 June 1991 and the need for the Minister for Justice to release him from detention; (6) Deputy Éamon Gilmore — The continuing refusal by the prison authorities to allow a prisoner at the training unit, Glengariff Parade, Dublin, to attend an interview for a FÁS training course; (7) Deputy Eric Byrne — In the context of the discussion at the Social Affairs Council of the EC on the protection of pregnant women at work, that Ireland should agree to pay the equivalent net wages for women during the 14 weeks of maternity leave; (8) Deputy Dermot Ahern — The implications of the recent report on road traffic accidents with particular reference to County Louth; (9) Deputy Bernard Allen — The need for educational facilities for handicapped children in Cork City and County; (10) Deputy Paul Connaughton — The case of an 11-year-old girl who has been awaiting confirmation from Beaumont Hospital, of arrangements for further treatment, since last July.
