96 Mr. Farrelly asked the Minister for Finance the reason a form NH2B submitted by a person (details supplied) in County Meath to the tax office in respect of an application for a new house grant has not been returned to him; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

I have been advised by the Revenue Commissioners that the form NH2B was stamped and returned to the Deputy as requested on 11 November 1991.
