Question:61 Mr. Yates asked the Minister for Finance if he will outline the income tax position of a person (details supplied) in County Wexford; and when a tax rebate will be made.
Written Answers. - Tax Refund.
I have been advised by the Revenue Commissioners that an overpayment of £301.27 arose for the income tax year 1983-84. However, an underpayment amounting to £143 was outstanding for the years 1979-80, 1980-81 and 1981-82. The overpayment of £301.27 was restricted by the amount of the underpayment and a net repayment of £158.27 issued on 1 November 1991.
