Michael Bell
Question:189 Mr. Bell asked the Minister for Education if his attention has been drawn to (1) the application for the urgently needed repairs to three buildings at St. Vincent's secondary school, Dundalk, County Louth, (2) the fact that this school was built without any grant aid from his Department, (3) the fact that, with very high unemployment and the substantial loss of business due to the cross-Border trading situation, fund raising for this large 900 girl school is a major problem; when grant aid will be sanctioned to carry out this urgent repair programme as submitted to his Department; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
