Question:25 Mr. Stagg asked the Minister for Health if she has had discussions with the Midland Health Board regarding the difficulties which have arisen between St. Francis Medical Centre, Ballinderry, Mullingar, County Westmeath and the VHI; and if the health board will attempt to mediate in these difficulties; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
