Vol. 413 No. 7

Written Answers. - Grant Payments.

Charles Flanagan

Question:

92 Mr. Flanagan asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when a special beef premium will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Laois.

This application is being processed and if found in order payment will be made as soon as possible after payments commence in December 1991.

Bernard J. Durkan

Question:

93 Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food the reason a person (details supplied) in County Kildare has not received his beef subsidy, having regard to the fact that only a clerical error seems to be the difficulty; if his attention has been drawn to the hardship caused; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

This applicant listed three ineligible animals on his application form and, under EC rules, cannot be paid any special beef premium for 1991 or apply for premium for 12 months after 7 November 1991, the date of that decision.
