Question:221 Mr. Power asked the Minister for the Environment if he will sanction contract documents for the Prosperous sewage treatment plant in County Kildare.
Written Answers. - Kildare Sewerage Scheme.
Contract documents for the Prosperous sewerage scheme are with my Department. However, a certificate confirming that the detailed planning of the scheme has been finalised is awaited from the local authority. I am not in a position to indicate when a decision will be made in this case.
