Question:113 Mr. Barry asked the Minister for Finance if his Department and the State agencies under his control have prepared a safety statement as required under the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act, 1989.

Safety statements are in the course of preparation in my Department and in all of the State bodies under its aegis and will be issued to all employees once they have been finalised.
