Question:109 Mr. O'Shea asked the Minister for Education the reason for the delay in sanctioning the package of new programmes for leaving certificate higher level, two ordinary level and senior certificate which were submitted earlier this year to his Department by the National Council for Curriculum Assessment; having regard to the fact that officials from his Department were on the course committee which approved the programmes; when sanction will be forthcoming; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
