I move:
That Dáil éireann approves
(a) the terms of the Convention on the grant of European Patents (European Patent Convention), Munich, 5 October, 1973 together with the Implementing Regulations and Protocols thereto,
(b) the terms of the Patent Co-operation Treaty and Regulations thereunder, Washington, June 1970
copies of which were laid before Dáil éireann on 31 October 1991.
