Question:95 Mr. Connor asked the Minister for the Environment when he intends to give sanction for the commencement of work on the Scramogue/Ballybeg group water scheme, County Roscommon; and whether the sanction will include permission to Roscommon County Council to pay a supplementary grant to this scheme arising from the high cost of this project.
