97 Mr. Lowry asked the Minister for the Environment if he intends to sanction commencement of a refurbishment scheme as submitted by Nenagh UDC for St. Joseph's Park housing scheme as these are proposals of long standing which are of vital importance to residents; and if so, when.

An application for funding under the remedial works scheme is under examination and a decision on the eligibility of the works proposed will be made as soon as possible.
