Question:

108 Mr. Aylward asked the Minister for Justice the reason for the delay in having a dealing which was lodged in the Land Registry in 1987 finalised; and if he will now make arrangements to have this particular dealing completed forthwith.

I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that the delay was caused by the need for prior completion of a Land Commission schedule pending in the Land Registry and that the application will be finalised within the next two weeks.
