43 Mr. Ryan asked the Minister for Education if he will outline the current position regarding the need for a new school building for Fingal Community College, Swords, County Dublin, in view of the urgency of same; and if he will confirm that the necessary finance is provided in the current year's Estimates.

The architectural planning of a new school building for Fingal Community College, Swords, County Dublin incorporating existing and new accommodation is under way.

The question of allocating funds does not arise at this early stage in planning.
