Question:14 Mr. Aylward asked the Minister for Finance if he will arrange to have a refund of VAT on farm buildings paid to persons (details supplied) in County Kilkenny.

I am informed by the Revenue Commissioners that a cheque for £3,881.54 was paid to the persons concerned on 6 February 1992.
