85 Mrs. Owen asked the Minister for Education the reason school transport was refused to a person (details supplied) in County Dublin to attend a second level school as his parents feel there has been discrimination against their son.

Transport in respect of travel by this pupil to the school in question was sanctioned recently after it had been satisfactorily established that this was his appropriate school.
